The multi-talented, Chef Antonios, brings to Headwaters Restaurant a lifework that began with the culinary American University in Athens, Greece.
Upon graduation he embarked on his new career in a five star Hilton Hotel where he had the privilege of working under the distinguished Chef Yen for two years.
The prestigious Queen Elizabeth Cruise Line next honed Chef’s command of the cuisines of the world. While sailing with the Queen Elizabeth, Chef Antonios delighted passengers with his delectable Chinese and Mediterranean dishes.
Always the consummate perfectionist, our Chef embarked on an exciting two year opportunity to enhance his cuisine techniques as a Garde Manger Chef in a five star restaurant in Germany.
Adding to his large list of accomplishments, Embassy Suites in Boca Rotan, Florida desired his unique talents as Head Chef in their luxurious establishment. During his four years with them, he was able to enhance the charm and sophistication of their Seafood Restaurant.
Wishing to bring his culinary masterpieces to New York he applied his culinary artistry to the new adventure as a Restaurateur. Inaugurating the prestigious Bambola, he brought a charming ambiance and refined savory meals to the industry and this made his venture a natural success.
Always exploring new cuisines, he sold the restaurant after 3 years to travel the world for a time.
When Omni, a five star five diamond hotel in Houston, Texas discovered that Antonios talent was obtainable, they quickly brought him into their establishment. Here he was able to put his vast experience into practice by undertaking the networking and organization of great chefs of the world to create and share.
It is with great pleasure that Headwaters restaurant interlaces with Chef Antonios as he settles in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and family. The Headwaters restaurant enjoys the vast experience and epicurean delights that are the hallmark of our Chef.
