Our Meeting Rooms

Umpqua Board Room

Maximum Capacity: 12 Guests.   Size: 288 square feet.

The second-floor Umpqua Room offers a quiet space for meetings and work groups. Its handsome wood conference table seats 12 in plush, rolling arm chairs. The room has a built-in screen, two phone lines, a data port, a high-speed Ethernet port and a food and beverage service area. A well-positioned window brings in natural light if desired.

Columbia Conference Room

Maximum Capacity: 50 Guests.   Size: 808 square feet.

In the main hotel building, the Columbia Room offers 790 square feet in a warm, light-filled room during the day and an elegant, glowing space at night. Its generous windows let in as much natural light as you want for breakfasts, luncheons or afternoon meetings, and the tasteful colors and traditional wood accents provide the perfect setting for formal dinners or receptions. The room has a built-in screen, two phone lines, a data port, two high-speed Ethernet ports and a wet bar nook for food and beverage service.

McKenzie Conference Center (With Santiam and Rogue breakout rooms)

Maximum Capacity: 200 Guests.   Size: 3,500 square feet.

The McKenzie Center is the premier meeting facility in Corvallis, a modern and sophisticated space that offers 3,500 square feet of versatility and elegance for your event. The luxurious atmosphere includes indirect lighting, crown moldings, marble fixtures and rich colors and artwork. The building has a high-tech LCD projection system, a kitchen facility and wet bar, and multiple phone lines, data ports and high-speed Internet connections.

The McKenzie Room is the centerpiece of our conference center, a space that’s large enough to hold 200 people for a reception but still feels warm and intimate because of its elegant atmosphere. It’s an efficient room for a large training session, lecture or presentation, and an inviting place to hold a banquet, wedding reception or family reunion. The interior is a showpiece of attention to detail, from the subtle light fixtures to the rich wood accents. The entry lobby provides a comfortable greeting area, the hand-built mahogany bar is a natural gathering point, and a kitchen room tucked into the back corner of the building provides unobtrusive access for catering.
